Here are some of the Penn resources that can help you think through your projects:

  • SAS Instructional Technology
    A consolidated list of instructional technology and pedagogy support services provided by SAS Computing and other groups at Penn.
  • Multi-Media Services at SAS Computing
    We provide the Penn community with an array of audio/visual support systems for academic and course-related purposes. Classroom technology support, equipment loan services, special event support and a variety of production services are available through our office.
  • Weigle Information Commons
    The Commons supports collaborative learning and group activities using the latest technologies.
  • Courseware Services
    The Penn Libraries are committed to helping learners and teachers achieve their goals. Blackboard, currently in use by 10 of Penn’s 12 schools, represents the most pervasive platform for course sites, and it accounted for approximately 2020 courses in the Spring 2007 term. Blackboard provides secure and easy to use tools for publishing course content to the Web and for facilitating communication among course participants.
  • Penn Language Center
    Penn Language Center works to help standing faculty, adjunct faculty and teaching assistants develop and improve their teaching of foreign langaugaes; to promote valuable conversations about teaching among those groups; and to enhance the quality of education at Penn.
  • Center for Teaching and Learning
    The Center for Teaching and Learning supports teaching at the University of Pennsylvania. The Center works to help standing faculty, adjunct faculty and teaching assistants develop and improve their teaching; to promote valuable conversations about teaching among those groups; and to enhance the quality of education at Penn.
